INFOGRAPHICS

 Lecture Notes:

• Infographics: compile universal symbols, illustrations, and data visualizations with short form text to tell a cohesive story, e.g. heading, subheading, body text, colour - tone/mood, layout - the arrangement of text, images and photographs.  
• WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, HOW, WHY?
• E.g. use flag (Italy), location icon, outline of a country/ state/ continent.
• Symbols, question marks,  charts, tables ,, graphs, figures, house, currency graph, population, people, symbolic food, type, tone.

InDesign  notes:

• Add an image
• Edit with, control, photoshop, filters, blur, ok, file, save, ok. (after editing automatically changes image)
• Lock the image
• shift to draw circle
• copy+ paste, alt + shift to make another circle.
