Create concept/mood board: PRADA.

Concept board: Product, images, consumer, topic images (technology, society), colours, typefaces, campaigns, shape forms, environments. 

Consider using: 
  • screen shots of tweets
  • Instagram/Insta stories
  • articles from websites 
  • Buzz words
  • CEO of the brand 
  • Key products
  • Quotes
  • Topics surrounding the brand

Set up settings:
  • 1920 PX
  • PAGE 1
  • COLUMS 24
  • GUIDE 24 PX
  • MARGINS: 100 PX 
  • PRESS PREVIEW
Save your work for the first time. 

Design Process

CMD+ Z   to take back
Ctrl + zoom in
Ctrl - zoom out

INSERT IMAGE: FILE > PLACE > (IMAGE) > OPEN
SHIFT + W  (FITS IN PLACE)

RECTANGLE FRAME TOOL - DRAW SHAPE > ARROW TOOL SELECT > FILE> PLACE

FIT: OBJECT > FITTING > FILL FRAME PROPORTIONALLY

OR , FILE > PLACE >  CTRL (PIC 1+ IMAGES) 
ARROW KEY PRESSING RIGHT  PUTS IN ORDER
OBJECT > FITTING > FILL FRAME PROPORTIONALLY

CTRL + D (brings image up instantly)
shift + two pics > object > fit >

SHIFT+W  = FULL SCREEN

HOW TO SAVE YOUR PAGE
FILE  > EXPORT >  (CONCEPT BOARD) > FORMAT: JPEG
SAVE DESKTOP > SAVE.
EXPORT > RANGE: 1 > MAXIMUM> 72 DPI> RG COLOUR > EXPORT



PACKAGE YOUR FILE!
FILE > PACKAGE > CALL IT FOLDER NUMBER 1 >
